We will endeavour to respond to and resolve reports in a matter of days, however it may take a few weeks depending on the complexity of the issue. If this is a complaint, we will attempt to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Where the issue is more complex and is likely to take more than 28 days, Rural Aid will maintain regular contact with you about the progress of a resolution to your issue.
